As your counsellor, I tailor individual programme that combines therapeutic counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for each client. Each programme includes a treatment plan supporting your aspirations and emotional needs.

Your Programme includes:
8 x Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mental health assessment
Fees: £950 for full programme per individual
Each session is 50 mins, via ZOOM or in-person in Isleworth, West London

This programme is tailored for you and all sessions and reports are strictly confidential. You choose what to bring to these sessions. After assessment, I will formulate your case and design an evidenced-based treatment plan for you. From there we collaboratively achieve the goals we agree. It is not only talking, we have things to do together and many tools for you to takeaway to practice, too.
